Supplemental Workforce Program (SWP)
(Part-time production assignments working two days per week)
The Supplemental Workforce at Honda of America Manufacturing offers an opportunity to work two days per week while gaining valuable manufacturing experience. A major objective of this workforce is to meet Honda of America Manufacturing's part-time temporary staffing needs.
This program is managed and administered by Adecco Employment Services for the Marysville and East Liberty Automobile Plants, and Spherion administers the program for the Anna Engine Plant. All Supplemental Workforce associates are employees of the agencies participating in the program.

SWP Qualifications
- Must be age 18 or older
- Must achieve satisfactory results on interviews and testing
- Must commit to a two-day work schedule for at least six months
- Must meet the attendance standards of this program
- Must complete one-day paid orientation prior to beginning an assignment
- Must complete a two-week paid orientation and training process on a full-time basis prior to beginning a part-time assignment
- Must work overtime as needed on scheduled days
- Priority may be given to Honda of America Manufacturing retirees and direct relatives of Honda of America Manufacturing associates for job assignment placement

Summer College Work Program (SCWP)
Through the Summer College Work Program (SCWP), Honda of America Manufacturing provides an opportunity for associates' family members who are enrolled in college to work full-time at Honda of America Manufacturing during the summer (May through September). This is an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on manufacturing experience while supplementing your income. A major objective of this program is to recruit safety- and quality-conscious individuals to meet temporary staffing needs during the summer.
This program is managed and administered by Adecco Employment Services. All Summer College Work Program associates are employees of the agencies participating in this program.

- Up to two days off (unpaid) for required college orientation
SCWP Qualifications
- Must be a relative of a Honda of America associate (spouse, child, grandchild, stepchild, sibling, half-brother/sister or one of these relatives by legal adoption)
- Must be currently enrolled in college or accepted for the fall session
- Must be age 18 or older by start of assignment
- Must work overtime as needed
- Must meet the attendance standards for this program
- Must complete one-day paid orientation prior to beginning an assignment

When available, applications may be picked up by Honda of America Manufacturing associates at any Honda of America Manufacturing Administration office or directly from any Central Ohio Adecco or Spherion office. Administrative/Clerical Program
(Full-time office support assignments)
The Administrative/Clerical Program provides exciting opportunities for temporary associates to gain valuable administrative skills while on assignment at Honda of America Manufacturing. A major program objective is to recruit skilled, experienced and quality-conscious associates to meet Honda of America Manufacturing's temporary staffing needs.
This program is managed and administered by Adecco Employment Services. All Administrative/Clerical Temporary Associates are employees of the agencies participating in the program.
